Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove omniapp's access to your accounts and ask us to delete your data at any time. Choose the option that fits you.

Option A — Remove omniapp from your Facebook account

  1. Go to your Facebook account Settings & privacy → Settings.
  2. Open Apps and websites (in some versions: Security and login → Business integrations).
  3. Find omniapp and click Remove.
  4. Confirm. When you remove the app, Facebook notifies us automatically and we start deleting the data received through your account.

For Instagram: open Instagram Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, then remove omniapp.
For WhatsApp: in Meta Business Settings, open Integrations → Connected apps and remove omniapp's access to your WhatsApp Business Account.

Option B — Disconnect inside omniapp (Business Users)

  1. Sign in to your omniapp workspace.
  2. Go to Settings → Channels and click Disconnect on the Facebook Page, Instagram account or WhatsApp number.
  3. To delete everything, go to Settings → Workspace → Delete workspace.

Option C — Email a deletion request

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include:

We may ask you to verify your identity before deleting data.

What gets deleted and when

  • Access tokens are revoked immediately after you disconnect or remove the app.
  • Account data, connected channel data, conversations, contacts and media are permanently deleted within 30 days of a confirmed request.
  • Backup copies are overwritten within a further 30 days.
  • We may keep limited records (for example, invoices) only where the law requires it.

After a request through Facebook, you will receive a confirmation code. You can check the status of your request at https://madebyruh.id/deletion-status?code=YOUR_CODE or by emailing us with that code.

Instruksi Penghapusan Data

Kamu dapat mencabut akses omniapp ke akunmu dan meminta kami menghapus datamu kapan saja. Pilih cara yang sesuai.

Cara A — Hapus omniapp dari akun Facebook

  1. Buka Pengaturan & privasi → Pengaturan di akun Facebook kamu.
  2. Buka Aplikasi dan situs web (di beberapa versi: Keamanan dan login → Integrasi bisnis).
  3. Cari omniapp lalu klik Hapus.
  4. Konfirmasi. Saat aplikasi dihapus, Facebook otomatis memberi tahu kami dan kami mulai menghapus data yang diterima melalui akunmu.

Untuk Instagram: buka Pengaturan → Izin situs web → Aplikasi dan situs web, lalu hapus omniapp.
Untuk WhatsApp: di Meta Business Settings, buka Integrasi → Aplikasi terhubung dan cabut akses omniapp ke WhatsApp Business Account kamu.

Cara B — Putuskan dari dalam omniapp (Pengguna Bisnis)

  1. Login ke workspace omniapp kamu.
  2. Buka Pengaturan → Channel dan klik Putuskan pada Facebook Page, akun Instagram, atau nomor WhatsApp.
  3. Untuk menghapus semuanya, buka Pengaturan → Workspace → Hapus workspace.

Cara C — Kirim permintaan lewat email

Kirim email ke [email protected] dengan subjek "Data Deletion Request" dan sertakan:

Kami mungkin meminta verifikasi identitas sebelum menghapus data.

Data apa yang dihapus dan kapan

  • Access token dicabut seketika setelah kamu memutus channel atau menghapus aplikasi.
  • Data akun, data channel, percakapan, kontak, dan media dihapus permanen dalam 30 hari sejak permintaan dikonfirmasi.
  • Salinan backup tertimpa dalam 30 hari berikutnya.
  • Kami hanya menyimpan catatan terbatas (misalnya invoice) jika diwajibkan hukum.

Setelah permintaan melalui Facebook, kamu akan menerima kode konfirmasi. Status permintaan dapat dicek di https://madebyruh.id/deletion-status?code=KODE_KAMU atau dengan mengirim kode tersebut ke email kami.
